Well servicing and well workover

Well servicing and well workover

New unit for WSWO

Intended for repair, development and drilling of oil and gas wells.
The innovativeness of the solution as a whole consists in reducing the number of the installation elements relative to existing analogues and reducing the energy consumption for the process.

Compared to the existing units for repair and drilling of wells on the market today, the new unit is able to independently (without additional equipment, machinery and services):
  • to inject process fluids during cementing, flushing and squeezing operations in the process of drilling, development and workover of wells,
  • to carry out quarterly operations and geophysical studies in wells,
  • to generate steam.

Equipment composition
STANDARDNEW UNIT
WSWO
13 units + 4 Anchor. Standard equipment composition and transport support for WSWO production work crew7 units. Equipment design composition and transport support for the work of the WSWO team

It is able to carry out the following types of works:

  • tripping operations with production and drill strings and pump rods;
  • fishing and other types of work;
  • drilling of sand plugs, cement glasses;
  • milling of metal objects;
  • development of wells after drilling;
  • exploratory drilling and drilling of small diameter wells;
  • to be used in the work on the well decommissioning.

Design features

  • A three-plunger pump mounted on the platform, powered by the unit's diesel-engine drive.
  • A steam generator unit (SGU) mounted on the platform, powered by the unit's diesel-engine drive. ("Skolkovo" Product).
  • Logging hoist mounted on the platform, powered by the unit's diesel-engine drive.
  • A mobile geophysical laboratory or portable equipment for recording parameters is connected to the logging hoist.

    Uniqueness

      • Does not require drilling anchors and mounting wind braces.
      • It works independently without the involvement of the pump unit (CA-320 type).
      • Does not require the involvement of a mobile steam generator unit (SGU).
      • Independent during well development technology and bailing operations (no SD-9 compressor or logging hoist needed).
      • It is possible to carry out field geophysical work (except for explosive-blasting) - no logging hoist is needed.
